Polaroid – The instant photo camera.
An American scientist Edwin Land made these instant cameras. The first instant camera was know as the “the Land Camera". This was made in 1960. Viewing what type of film they use can do classification of the Polaroid cameras. The earlier cameras used the instant roll which has been discontinued now. These films came in three sizes where were put in the camera and the picture could be printed in three sizes. Later the cameras started using the pull out film which was later developed. Throughout the history we can see various uses of these instant cameras. With these instant cameras people used to enjoy the picture straight after taking a photograph. The instant cameras were also used and were popular for more important purposes such s taking pictures for ID cards, for passports photos and ultra sound photos. These camera were used by photographers during investigation s they could take pictures of victims and criminals and were also used by fire investigators. With the digital camera now found easily in market, the use of these instant cameras has been reduced very much but still many people prefer these cameras over the new digital ones as the instant cameras have a little thrill in them. A person does not have to go to as hop r to a computer for printing the pictures in the digital camera. He can get it right fm the camera itself.
The usage of Polaroid camera is very easy. A person has to just look in the camera and take a picture. The rest is all done by the camera it self. It has the ability of taking care of focusing and even utilizing flash if necessary.
